IOT internship course with Arduino & Raspberry Pi

Sunday Batch for IOT with Arduino and Raspberry Pi starting from Jan 7 2018..

The Program will run for 5 Sundays, from 7th Jan to 4th Feb 2018.

Timing : 10am to 5pm on all Sundays(30 Hours totally)

-Introduction to Internet of Things – What , Why and How –perspective
-Introduction to Arduino – History and Installation
-Programming Basics of Arduino, C basics
-Digital Outputs – Controlling LEDs
-Serial Communication – Communication between Laptop & Arduino
-Digital Inputs – Using Switches and Motion Sensors
-Analog Inputs – Interfacing Temperature and Light Sensors
-Analog Outputs – Connecting RGB(Tri Colour) LEDs
-I2C communication basics – Interfacing Real Time Clock(RTC)
-Interfacing Displays – LCD and Seven Segement Displays
-Interfacing Bluetooth Module – Text control, Voice Control and -Gesture control through Android App
-IOT concepts – Networking Basics, Interfacing WiFi Module
-Arduino as a web client – Log Data with action
-Arduino as a web server
-Relay Basics – Interfacing Home Appliances

Raspberry Pi

-Introduction to Raspberry Pi – History and Installation
-Raspberry Pi OS overview – Exploring and Setting things up
-Python Basics – Drawing with Python,Getting to know syntax for different loops
-Digital Outputs – GPIO Basics, Pinouts, Interfacing LEDs, Binary Counter with LEDs
-Digital Inputs – Interfacing Switches, LED control with Switches
-Interfacing Digital Sensors – Temperature, Humidity, Proximity and Motion Sensors
-Interfacing Webcam – Remote access of the webcam feed for Surveillance
-Raspberry Pi as a client : Posting tweets based on a trigger
-Raspberry Pi as a server
-Interfacing Relay Module – controlling appliances

Students will be doing upto 8 projects from beginner level to advanced level during the course

Project 1 – POV Display with Arduino
Project 2 – Creating a 3 digit Calculator in Arduino
Optional Project 2A – Creating an any digit Calculator in Arduino
Project 3 – Simple Home Automation project using light, temperature and motion sensors with alert indicators
Project 4 – Setting Clock through App and Display time in LCDs and 7 Segments
Project 5 – Forming Connected appliances and controlling through Network
Project 6 – Draw a flower with minimum lines with python code
Project 7 – Create an alert system with sensors and LEDs
Project 8 – Create a Home Automation setup with Live webcam feed and remote control

Fee :

Rs. 3500 ( for those who have attended any of our workshops)
Rs.4800 ( for others)

A group discount of 10% will be given to those who are coming in groups of 10

Kit fee – Rs.5950(Optional)

Kit includes:-

Arduino UNO board, Raspberry pi 3 ,SD card, RJ45 cable, Wifi Module, Bluetooth Module, POV Shield, Trainer’s shield, Temp & Humidity sensor, breadboard, jumper wires, tactile switches, resistor set, LEDs(red, green and blue)
